All this time I thought I was a Veronica. Turns out I'm a total Betty.
Ugly promo picture. And I have to say, the collection itself isn't so impressive either. I didn't expect it to be as ... cartoonish as it is. But I guess MAC was trying to capture the true essence of the comic book. Cute...? But it's very childish... and not in that lovely nostalgic way. For me, the packaging mostly translates as 'cheap.' And at $$$ a pop... I'm guessing that not many little girls (who I'm guessing would be most likely attracted to this sort of clunky cuteness) are going to be purchasing these items.
I took a look at the collection, and the only thing that really stood out to me was a lipstick... surprisingly from the Betty side. I fell in love with the Lustre called 'Oh, Oh, Oh.'
This rosy bronze color is semi sheer. I love the way it feels and wears... it's very natural on me. It's one of those 'apply and go' kind of colors. Easy to wear, and highly adaptable to a wide range of looks.
